The Association of Tax Officials (AFI), denounced that the DGI (General Tax Directorate) made new commission appointments “directly, discretionally, without competition, unilaterally and arbitrarily.”
The new appointments arrive with salaries of 226 thousand pesos per month.
The authorities of the DGI –according to AFI- violate the rules of call for tenders and with privileged salaries.
AFI calls for “the transparent and responsible use of public funds and equal opportunities for access to positions, and urges the Directorate of the DGI to carry out commissioning contests.”
