In dialogue with the microphones of RCN Mundo, the Colombian tennis player Camila Osorio confirmed that some changes will have to be made, again, in her calendar on behalf of the injuries that keep her away from the courts and the competition.

The athlete from Cucuta announced that must give up his participation in the Madrid tournament and that now he is concentrating on his return for the Rome Masters that will start on May 8.
“Now much better, I’m recovering, it’s been difficult weeks, really hard months with many injuries, but well already trying to take some time, to prepare myself well to start with the entire tour of Europe,” said the Colombian.
On how her recovery is progressing after the inconvenience suffered in the Colsanitas Cup in Bogotá, Osorio assured that she is calm moving forward with all their work team and that they hope to advance in the best way thinking about the rest of the calendar.
“On another occasion, the most logical thing had been to retire, I stayed because of the public and because of the support they were giving me. Many people came there to encourage me, listening to them was impressive and the truth is that I stayed for the people“said the Colombian.
Regarding the changes that she has been making in her routine to remove injuries, Camila Osorio assured that there are modifications in her training, in your diet and even in your head to improve performance sports.
“I am in various check-ups, I am trying to increase the physical part more, I am with a great physical trainer and well I am improving in that aspect every day that is key to avoid injuries. I am making changes to my diet and well, I am very aware of that in order to improve the issue,” said the athlete.

Finally, the Colombian recalled the final of the Monterrey tournament with the Canadian Leyla Fernández and what that blackout was like at the time when Camila had Match Point, but ended up losing the title.
“The truth was very strange, this had never happened to me before, but I don’t think it’s just another experience, I don’t try to go beyond that, because it’s hard because look it’s been several weeks and it still hurts. I’ve already learned what I have and what I shouldn’t do, but believe me, I suffered a lot,” Camila concluded.
