President of the Youth of Panameñismo: ‘Talking about an alliance at this time is counterproductive’

He argued that what is sought with these meetings is to solve the problems facing the country. “What we all have in common at that table is that things change,” he said.

The president of the Youth of the Panameñista Party, Lohanniz Gaitán, spoke this Thursday on Radio Panama, about the rapprochement of the opposition parties, who have met twice.

He described these meetings as positive, however, “talking about an alliance at this time is counterproductive.”

He argued that what is sought with these meetings is to solve the problems facing the country. “What we all have in common at that table is that things change,” he said.

According to Gaitán, it is necessary to refresh the issue of political parties, since the citizen is upset by how these party issues have been handled.
