The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, announced at the Labor Ministry Press Conference that a 24% salary increase will be applied to the Construction Sector. This includes plumbers, masons, carpenters, electricians, painters, rodders, and construction workers.
“Of this 24%, 21% will be effective from May 1, and the additional 3% will be effective from October 1 of this year,” said the President.
