In the case of Morales, the leader of Conade confirmed to Page Seven that he was disqualified because a signature was missing from one of the documents he presented.

However, he reported that this day he will appear before the mixed commission with a note in which he will request the review of the case.
“I am going to present myself to the commission and I am going to request a review of the disqualification that they have committed because they have not taken into account several elements, I am going to present my supporting evidence,” Morales said.
Likewise, the former deputy of the MAS Lidia Patty was also eliminated from the race for the position of Ombudsman, according to an Erbol report, due to several unfulfilled requirements that were observed in her registration folder, among them that she is politically active, that she was a deputy in the previous legislative administration, that she was a candidate in the last elections and that she did not sign her resume.
