The vice president of Nicaragua, Rosario Murillo, once again railed against the opposition, the Catholic Church and the United States government. The first lady’s speech through her propaganda media comes on the eve of the commemoration of the civic rebellion of April 18, 2018. During her speeches this week, the government spokeswoman has taken it upon herself to “threaten” those who criticize its management.
Disrupting the National Anthem and mixing it with her hate speech, the spokeswoman exclaimed: “Hail Nicaragua in your land and in your sky because the thunderous cries of hatred, the cannons, the weapons that said they did not kill no longer roar; they no longer roar and God through and with the strength of Christ Jesus if he is dyed nor will he be dyed with the blood of brothers…».

Murillo assured that the alleged “makeshift weapons” that according to her were used by the protesters in the context of the 2018 social protests left hundreds dead and another large number of injured. However, what Daniel Ortega’s wife does not mention is that international human rights organizations accuse her and her husband of “crimes against humanity”, the same actions that she tries to attribute to her opponents.
In reference to the demonstrations four years ago, the Ortega government spokeswoman said that her regime works against the “poverty that they imposed on us and the sacrilegious poverty that the same ones who attacked us, the same ones who murdered peace in our Nicaragua, left us.” .
Bringing up her questioned “religious faith”, the deputy dictator said that she thanks “the Father (God) because we recognize ourselves as brothers; fraternity and solidarity, waiting because it is what gives us the strength we need and that God pours out to live progressing».
“Our identity is only for us who love Nicaragua. Our identity is a culture of peace; our identity is defense of peace, heroism, sovereignty, joy of living with awareness of freedom, dignity, brotherhood and dignity».
Alluding to the 43 years of the “second Estelí insurrection”, Murillo used that event to attack the Nicaraguan opposition again and buy it with the 2018 civic struggle where the Ortega dictatorship is blamed for 350 murdered opponents.

“The dictatorship of hate, the genocidal guard (…) When we talk about the dictatorships of hate and crime, the genocidal guard confronted that insurrection by indiscriminately bombing the city of Estelí, causing death, pain, destruction.”
«The same gene, the same evil, the same heart full of hate that burned, razed, tortured, kidnapped in April 1979 (…) This other episode of hate that we experienced in April —2018— did not last as long but they imposed terror on us , crimes, the same hatred, the same culture of death because many of those who sowed terror and gave in April, come from those terrible and fearsome roots of Somocism; That is why we say: Somocism never again », he stressed.
He also ruled that his regime will never allow “peace, harmony and the spirit of our people to be attacked again, which is one of joy of work, of good will.”
Attack the United States and the Catholic Church
In another attack against the United States Government and the Catholic Church, Murillo said that the opponents against his dictatorship are “serviles of the Yanque empire.” “They showed their petrified hearts; they are capable of anything in order to serve the Yanque, and by now we must know that no one dominates or controls anyone, that the conscience of the people is growing and that this country is one of love and peace.
«The place in the dung heap of history is for those who hate, for those who murder, for those who massacre their place is there, in the dung heap of history, because really so much cruelty, so much vileness only has the same root, the ambition, servitude.
In a clear attack on the religious leaders, the coordinator of the Communication and Citizenship Council said that for “those who dared to bless the crimes there can be no forgiveness and there can be no forgetting, because they betrayed the trust of families, of human beings, of a people.
“Betraying the trust of the people is a sacrilege, that’s why in the name of Jesus, who we already know how he took out of the temple those who did not deserve to be inside, we say: neither forgive nor forget,” he lashed out.

Without stating that she feels betrayed by the Catholic Church, Rosario Murillo attacked the priests again. “Those who claimed to represent those values betrayed the trust of the people and that is unforgivable. Thank God the whole world has been changing in relation to these traditions and where the sense of authority is placed, because there are many in the world who do not recognize their authority or to become bosses who want to be owners of humanity».
«The destroyers of the planet, creators of crises of all kinds, cannot be authorities and the peoples are seeing more and more clearly that the authorities have to be based on an inspiring, liberating moral force that shows us paths of blessing to advance beyond all obstacles. vices,” he remarked.
Attack against political prisoners intensifies
As for the more than 170 political prisoners, Rosario Murillo lashed out against them and said and indicated that “those unfortunately have to see themselves in a mirror of deformed creatures, woe to them because they not only must be held accountable or are being held accountable before justice , but above all and in the first place before God».
«Hail to you because loud voices no longer roar, hands full of falsehood are no longer raised, weapons that said they did not kill, spell weapons no longer roar, “oh they did not kill!”».
«How many people lost an eye, leg, arms or loved ones, but they did not kill, they said, but all this prevention cannot be forgotten, on the contrary, we must be aware that we cannot go forward like this, that this is neither Christian or human, and that this people —as Darío says— is made of vigor and glory and is made for humanity, it is not made for evil…”, concluded the wife of Daniel Ortega Ortega.
With this latest repetitive intervention by Murillo, the Ortega regime adds more aggressions against the Nicaraguan population that continues to be submerged in a social, political and economic crisis from 2018 to the present day.
