The president of Minister council, Hannibal Torresrequested this Monday the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) that is in charge of verifying compliance with the exoneration of the selective consumption tax (ISC) on fuels.
“Pursuant to its powers, immediately verify that the country’s fuel distribution companies comply with transferring the price reduction to consumers.”, Torres pointed out on the Twitter account of the Council of Ministers.
Hours before, the premier urged the distribution companies to join efforts to transfer this exemption from the ISC to the prices offered to consumers.
