A report from the Secretariat for Social Management and Dialogue, a body attached to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, reveals that, from the beginning of January until today, there have been 114 social conflicts throughout the country, of which nine are in critical condition. .

Likewise, according to the document, the sectors where there are more conflicts are hydrocarbons (10%), mining (57%) and agriculture (7%).
One of the protests in a state of alert is the one related to public transport, tourist workers, collective cars and taxis, which was called for today and will continue tomorrow.
“They will carry out peaceful marches with mobilizations, which will have repercussions on the transport system of the cities, unlike the strike that they have been observing since March 28 on the main roads of the national territory,” reads the document.
Another is the agrarian strike called by the Defense Fronts of Tayacaja and Huancavelica, which today protested against the rise in the price of fuel, basic necessities and fertilizers.
“There are social risks due to the possible seizure of the El Mantaro Hydroelectric Complex and the Tablachaca dam, located in the town of Quichuas, and the blocking of highways in the department of Huancavelica,” the document details.
It should be noted that the Ministers of Transport, Agriculture, Economy, as well as the Minister of Energy and Mines, have been exposing before the plenary session of Congress the actions of their sectors to solve this critical situation in the country.
