Both paraded hand in hand with Mayor Fidel de los Santos and the entire community.
The municipal official highlighted the importance of bringing joy and healthy entertainment to the families of Pantoja, who had been limited for two years by the COVID-19 restrictions.
He highlighted the organization and good behavior of the public and the carnival people whom he congratulated for their good performance in the parade.
A large number of troupes and characters made their way before the eyes of thousands of people at the carnival; with order and tranquility they enjoyed the event.
