By majority vote, the Specialized Regional Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation refused to sanction the PAN for alleged improper use of the advertisement and violation of the rules for disseminating the revocation of mandate, due to the disclosure of two promotional -in period of local intercampaigns in Quintana Roo and Durango–, in which he criticizes the position of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador against possible acts of corruption.
