The Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations of the Congress of the Republic will be installed this Monday, November 8 for the annual period of sessions 2021-2022.
According to agenda of said working group published on the Parliament’s website, the session will begin at 8:00 am through the Microsoft Teams virtual platform.
It should be noted that it is expected to receive the status report of the subcommittee for the legislative period 2021-2022. Likewise, the work plan will be discussed and approved.
As it is remembered, on October 22 the congresswoman Rosío Torres Salinas (Alliance for Progress) was elected president of said working group.
The legislator accompanies Torres Salinas Martha moyano (Popular Force) as vice president, while Alejandro Cavero (Avanza País) will be the secretary.
The Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations of Congress is the body in charge of qualifying the admissibility and origin of the constitutional complaints presented.
In the same way, you must carry out the investigation in the constitutional accusation processes that are presented, issuing the corresponding final report.
