The official report indicates that this day two people died as a result of the virus. The death toll rises to 21,482 people.
In turn, the fourth wave reports a lower fatality rate than previous periods. With 0.7% it significantly reduces the value of the third wave (2.5%).
By departments, Santa Cruz leads the record with the highest number of positive cases of Covid-19 corresponding to this Friday. There are 146 cases, twice as many as those reported in Cochabamba (74). La Paz continues on the list with 63 cases followed by Tarija (10), Chuquisaca (6), Oruro (3), Beni (3), Potosí (2). Pando closed the day without any case of contagion.
