While the president’s trip lasts, scheduled for March 10 and 11, the presidential office will be entrusted to the Minister of Development and Social Inclusion and Vice President, Dina Boluarte, as provided by No. 109-2022-PCM published today in the newspaper El Peruano.
The same rule provides for entrusting the Development and Social Inclusion portfolio to Mr. Roberto Sánchez, Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, on March 10 and 11, 2022 and for as long as the incumbent’s impediment lasts.

Legislative resolution No. 31430, which was approved by the Congress of the Republic this week, details that the request made by the head of state to leave the country on March 10 and 11, 2022 was granted.
The trip to participate in the activities of Boric’s presidential inauguration ceremony also has the objective of “strengthening the historical ties of friendship and cooperation between both countries” and continuing the bilateral agenda for the benefit of Peru and Chile.
The resolution bears the signatures of the president of the Legislative Power, María del Carmen Alva (Popular Action) and the first vice president, Lady Camones (Alliance for Progress) and was promulgated in the document signed by Castillo and the prime minister, Aníbal Torres .
