Ninus Design & Technology is one of the Valle del Cauca companies that stood out at this year’s MWC, participating throughout the congress in business rounds and exhibitions on the new trends in the mobile technology and connectivity sector.

The Mobile World Congress (MWC), the world’s largest and most important fair for the mobile device industry, returned to Barcelona for its 17th edition, under the slogan “Connectivity Unleashed”, to highlight the future of 5G technology and its impact on various sectors.
This year, more than 1,900 companies from around the world joined the four-day event organized by the GSMA; which was also attended by 60,000 attendees, the vast majority of whom were executives and industry professionals.

In this sense, Colombia had the largest participation in its history at MWC2022, an example of the momentum that the national software and IT sector is taking.
Thanks to ProColombia, 42 Colombian companies participated in the congress, showing their innovative services in fields such as software, virtual reality, data analytics, cybersecurity, among others.
According to Flavia Santoro, president of ProColombia, this edition made clear the technological development of the country. “The companies did a heroic job positioning our country as a trusted provider of industry 4.0.”
These companies were together with companies of the stature of Google, Meta, Twitter, Nokia, HP, Samsung and Honor.
One of the most promising companies
For Camilo Barco, CEO of Ninus Design & Technologya technology services and artificial intelligence company, assured that during the four days of the congress great opportunities were seen for the generation of new clients, as well as the expansion of the market.
“This space provided us with many opportunities as we want to expand our services. Likewise, we obtained proposals from different important perspectives for the company, we made connections with companies in Europe and India, and appointments with some end customers who were interested in buying Ninus”, said Barco.
At the Barcelona Ninus event, he participated and launched his new product called ‘Pyyion‘, an omnichannel platform that provides a quick and timely response to the customer in one place.
This service is designed to help companies improve their productivity and had the investment of the Government of the Valley, from the ‘Valle INNova’ call.
The general manager, Lina Espinosa stated that “we are very excited about ‘Piyion’ because it offers a unique solution, through this platform companies will be able to manage all interactions with customers through a single interface and offer a better experience.”
As a Colombian company based in Cali, Valle del Cauca, the company generates six direct and five indirect jobs and is already exporting its services to countries in the Andean region.
