José Ricardo Stok is appointed Executive President of the Bank of the Nation

He Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) He formalized the appointment of José Ricardo Stok Capella as the new executive president of the Bank of the Nation, according to a recently published supreme resolution.

Stok replaces Juan Carlos Galfré García, whose resignation was accepted by the Executive, who thanked him for his services.

The new head of the Bank of the Nation is a Doctor of Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Navarra (Spain) and has a wide career in the financial and academic field.

He has been president of the Bank of Commerce and the Distriluz Group, member of the INDECOPI Board of Directors and General Director of the PAD of Directorate of the University of Piura, where he is currently Professor Emeritus.

With this designation, the Bank of the Nation begins a new stage under the direction of Stok, who will assume the challenge of strengthening the management of the entity.
