Fernanda Pinilla, star of 'La Roja', recounts her life in the autobiography 'Disobedient'

the soccer player Fernanda Pinilla Roa grew up feeling different. Her story is that of a girl who enjoyed playing soccer without understanding the social codes that defined the sport as a man’s game. She has throughout her life challenged those codes, both on the court and in the classroom, where she embraced science and studied Physical. He is currently studying a Master in Physics on the University of Chile.

Disobedient is narrated by the Fernanda through short chapters that go through various episodes of his life and that reveal his fighting character and his interest in making his way in football despite multiple barriers. In this way we will know the difficulties of her childhood, her fight to dedicate herself to soccer professionally, her fight for the vindication of the rights of sexual diversity and the difficulties to be selected as a Chilean women’s soccer player.
