Three members of a Tren del Llano cell were killed during a confrontation with agents of the Bolivarian National Guard, according to military sources. In another procedure, carried out in the Tocomita sector, Angostura municipality, Bolívar state, military officials detained five members of the El Sapito gang, allegedly involved in illicit drug trafficking and illicit possession of war material, among other crimes.
A panel of marijuana (270 grams), two vehicles (Mitsubishi license plate AA603UY, Mitsubishi license plate AA787LF) and two motorcycles without license plates were seized from the subjects.
They also confiscated a Glock 9 mm pistol, a pistol magazine, a Pucará .38 revolver, fifteen 9 mm caliber cartridges, six .38 caliber cartridges, twenty-two 7.62 x 39 mm caliber rifle cartridges, two radio transmitters, a digital scale. and four telephone sets.

The detainees are identified as Jesús Enrique Pérez Guacare, Ana Yutzuly Muñoz Balza, Windys Emilce Pérez Martínez, Ramsés Antonio Rojas Salges and Freddy Alexander Borrego Lara, who were handed over to the Public Ministry where they opened a file for illicit drug trafficking and illicit possession of war material, according to a report from Detachment 620 of the GNB where it was established that agents from the General Directorate of Counterintelligence participated in that procedure Military (Dgcim).
