Led by the Mayor Carlos Fernando Galán and the Secretary of Culture, Recreation and Sports, Santiago Trujillo Escobar, the first International Biennial of Art and City BOG25 will be held from September 20 to November 7, 2025.

By expanding its activities, which include educational programming and workshops, BOG25 aims to promote social inclusion and access to art for all audiences in different neighborhoods and localities.
The BOG25, a commitment to promote and strengthen the ecosystem of plastic and visual artsarchitecture and design in Bogotá, will bring together national and international artists, curators, popular art projects and neighborhood interventions selected by call.
The contest is directed by cultural managers Diego Garzón and Juan Ricardo Rincónfounders of the Feria del Millón, and the curatorial advice of José Ignacio Roca, who has participated in important international events such as the Sao Paulo, Sydney and Mercosur biennials. In turn, the Curatorial Committee is made up of María Wills, Jaime Cerón and Elkin Becerra.
Happiness, under an artistic perspective, will be the curatorial axis of the Biennial. For this reason, Mayor Galán and Secretary Trujillo found no more suitable setting for its launch than the recently inaugurated so-called Chapinero Felicidad Center.
