The Panama Men’s National Team announces its second friendly match for the FIFA date next October.
The United States was already on the list of future rivals and now Canada is joining them.
Panama Mayor and the Canadian National Team will face each other next Tuesday, October 15 at BMO Field in Toronto.
The warm-up match against the Canadians will be played just days after the team led by coach Thomas Christiansen opens its tour of friendly matches next Saturday, October 12, when they face their counterparts from the United States in Austin, Texas, in their first match of the FIFA date of the month of October.
Both friendly matches will serve as preparation for the quarter-final round of the 2024/25 CONCACAF Nations League, where the Panamanian team is already classified as one of the four best teams in the zone.
The quarter-finals will be played in a round-trip format in November and will be a qualifier for the Final Four, to be played in March of next year.
