The journalist and writer Gerardo Camargo will launch his short novel “Sueño de Carnaval” and the story “La Historia de Ely”, explaining that both works are easy to read and quickly.
Camargo explained that being a writer in Panama is complicated; “if you are not in the groups of writers or merchants, for you who are new or emerging, it is very difficult,” he said, pointing out that there are a good number of independent writers.
