A new case of alleged police brutality has come to light after a cell phone video was shared by a resident of the city of Rialto, California.
The images show two agents proceeding to arrest a minor under 16 years of age, a forced arrest, as the young woman is heard screaming for help asking to call her mother.
Lawyers for the minor’s family have made it public that they will demand justice, while the Rialto Police Department conducts an investigation.
