Nitzeira Watson, candidate for deputy for the Popular Party in the San Miguelito district, indicated what her main proposals are for reaching the National Assembly, among them is the proposal to end the poor disposal of garbage by encouraging payment for recycling.
Watson said that if he reaches the Assembly he will propose increasing penalties for sexual abusers of minors and that there be no agreement on penalties.
