The lawyers of former president Ricardo Martinelli, headed by Carlos Carrillo, gave a press conference where details of the actions to be followed in the legal field were provided regarding the sentence of the New Business Case where the former president was found guilty, sentencing him to 128 months in prison.
“This ruling is not enforceable and will be appealed by Ricardo Martinelli’s defense and all the resources and incidents that are necessary to guarantee the rights of Mr. Ricardo Martinelli will be exhausted,” said Carrillo.
