The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) reported this Sunday on its website that Tropical Wave No. 19 continues its movement from the center to the west of the country in the next few hours, interacting with the intertropical convergence zone and generating convective cloudiness from medium to large vertical development, accompanied by rainfall of variable intensity and electrical discharges.
The rainfall will affect the Bolívar region, Amazonas, Western and Central Plains, North Coastal Center, Andes, Zulia and Guayana Esequiba.
Finally, Inameh estimates maximum accumulated rainfall of up to 40 l/m2 on Apure, Portuguesa and east of Barinas.
