Investigations in search of finding the perpetrators of a group rape committed against a minor under 13 years of age, they continue to be carried out, work that allowed the Police to capture three alleged perpetrators of the act, one of which was fully identified by the victim.

The director of the Special Force to Fight Violence (Felcv), Colonel Roberto Porcel, indicated that the act of rape recorded in the Three Thousand Plan would have been committed by a group of people living on the streets, who intercepted their victim when he was going to do his shopping to celebrate his birthday. “In the abandoned house, the subjects force her to take some pills and put her to sleep, causing damage to her dolls and under threats they tell her that if she spoke they would kill her,” explained the police chief.

The victim remembers being forced to consume a sedative that made her lose consciousness, waking up minutes later to find herself half-naked and with wounds on her hands.
