Panama registers 179 fatalities due to traffic accidents so far in 2023

The National Directorate of Transit Operations of the National Police registers a total of 179 fatalities due to traffic accidents so far in 2013.

The most common cases are run over with a total of 53 cases for various reasons such as: speeding, not using the raised bridges, drinking alcoholic beverages, not using the seat belt and distraction when driving.
