Mercosur will produce about 19 million tons of soy less than expected two months ago, according to the cut in the expected production of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay announced by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) this Wednesday, which is added to the already lowered figures for January. And perhaps the production cuts will continue.
