Despite the intense rainfall that fell this Tuesday in different towns of the Aragüe entity, social movements met in the city of La Victoria, José Félix Ribas municipality, to express their support for President Nicolás Maduro and express their rejection of the economic sanctions against Venezuela.
The march was led by Governor Karina Carpio, accompanied by local authorities and popular power, street leaders and UBCh chiefs, in a rally where enthusiasm reigned, with slogans in favor of sovereignty and self-determination of the peoples.
In addition, the entire regional political team of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) was present, together with the regional parliamentarians of the red awning; as well as professionals, public workers and different unions of professionals who reiterated their support for the Bolivarian Revolution.

Aragua against the blockade
During the tour, the governor highlighted the support of the population affected by the blockade, highlighting the high level of awareness of Venezuelans who, with solidity and political maturity, remain kneeling on the ground in unrestricted support for the revolutionary project.
“We are sunny, rainy, but we are determined to consolidate our revolution, our homeland and, most beautiful, the revolutionary thinking of our Commander Chávez.”
Maduro’s courage stands out
Regarding the international tour of President Nicolás Maduro, the governor highlighted the courage of the president to, at the risk of his own life, establish strategic alliances in favor of the country.
“Our president risked it and went to other latitudes to seek the best alliances for our country, for our land. It is impossible for us to have the doubt in our hearts that Nicolás Maduro will continue to be the president of the Venezuelans”, he concluded.
