Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica, SA (ETESA) carried out the public auction of four transformers, thus achieving compliance with the cleaning process of the electrical transmission substations and passing through, generating income for the company.
According to the provisions established for the use of discarded assets, two transformers from the Llano Sánchez substation, located in El Roble de Aguadulce, Coclé province, and two Power and Earth transformers from the Chorrera substation were auctioned.
The specifications for this auction were published on the Panama Compra portal last March.
The acquisition of four transformers was awarded, upon receipt of the offer of B/. 40,000.00 thousand dollars.
It should be noted that by carrying out these public auctions, ETESA achieves the objective of cleaning the substations of discarded material.
