“Hierro”, a new project by Estudio Figueroa Vives and Estudio 50

This Saturday, May 20, at 8:00 pm, “Hierro” will be inaugurated, the new project of Estudio Figueroa Vives in collaboration with Estudio 50.

The proposal will come from the artists Signe Solberg, from Norway; Francisco Olivares FOD, from Spain; and José Emilio Fuentes Fonseca JEFF, from Cuba.

For two weeks the artists have been working together “to create a resilient and resistant ecosystem,” according to the Cuban art studio.

In addition, the project is curated by Cristina Vives and has the support of the Norwegian Embassy in Cuba, the Office for Contemporary Art Norway and the Cultural Department of the Spanish Embassy in Havana.

When: Saturday May 20, 8:00 pm

Where: Studio 50. Calle Lugareño corner Almendares, Plaza de la Revolución, Havana.

How much: Free admission.
