The ceremony was chaired by the President of DINAC, Ing. Félix Kanazawa. Also present were the minister of the Senatur, Sofía Montiel, the head of the Senad, Zully Rolón and relatives of prosecutor Marcelo Pecci.
On the occasion, the Valorization of a Paraguayan aeronautical heritage such as the CONVAIR CV-240 plane of Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas (LAP) in its beginnings as a national flag airline. The career of Marcelo Pecci as a prosecutor was also highlighted, who also ttook the initiative of this restoration project with voluntary labor to guarantee zero state spending and voluntary contributions.

According to Dinac data, LAP’s inaugural flight took place in 1963, precisely with the CONVAIR CV-240 with registration ZP-CDO; it was the CONVAIR that had the longest operational life in LAP.
