Copaco officials are fed up with the persecutions, the lack of payment of salaries and the terrible administrative management of its current president, Sante Vallese, who also has his “pampered” in the institution.
He Copaco official, José Medina, harshly questioned the lousy administration of the head of the institution, Saint Vallese, and said that the president Mario Abdo Benitez is accomplice of the terrible situation that is occurring in the public entity.
The complainant indicated that there is a negative balance of 188 billion guaraníes (26 million dollars) in the year 2022. “We are too bad, against bad in Copaco. In just one year we lost that money (…) I am being persecuted for that and I am not silent anymore. What is happening is very sad”, said the trade unionist in an interview with the GEN channel.
Copaco wants to control networks and groups of officials.

Added to this is the fact that public workers they are receiving their salaries late, which creates many problems for them. He specified that only a group of the 10 that exist in Copaco recently received what corresponds to the month of April. “By group they are paying, something like this never happened,” he said.
“Here there is a natural resentment, we are not collecting salaries. We collect everything late, we do not collect benefits, there is no hope of anything with this administration. We are dead in every central, They don’t provide us with equipment or tools.. Every day we receive seizure letters from financial companies and banks, because we have no way to pay our bills, ”he explained.
So also regretted that Copaco’s president is seeking to intimidate and silence officials who expose their administrative mismanagement. In this sense, through a memorandum, Sante Vallese instructed the Legal Department and the Human Talent Management to proceed to start a “witch hunt” in the public institutiongiven the questions made by public employees in their social networks and also internal communication groups.
“He wants to cut us down, silence us, so that it seems that everything is alive in Copaco,” Medina lashed out, adding that anyone who complains is persecuted and suffers the transfer of their job position and the lack of salary.
He regretted that the current union is an accomplice of the current administration, and denounced that a retired official named white flirtyshould have been outside the company, but who continues to work alongside Vallese and supposedly intimidates his companions. “Vallese reassigns inoperative officials (of his confidence) and increases their salaries. They keep taking photos of the other officials and pass them on to the president’s entourage, a group of managers who keep chasing them, including a retiree, Blanca Coquejo, who should have been outside the company for a long time,” he launched.
He also said that during this administration a scandalous negotiation was made with the brother-in-law of Mario Abdo Benítez in the institution.
For his part, another official -whose identity we are keeping to avoid retaliation- confirmed in an interview with Hoy Digital that they are going through hardships in the institution in charge of Sante Vallesea situation that never occurred in previous administrations.
“Terrible is what we are going through. We still do not collect the salary for April, our IPS discount us in full each month, only the installment is paid, but COPACO does not pay its part. To the employees food benefit is discounted that is not deposited on time. Debt discounts are also made to the Ka’aru Pora cooperative, but it is not paid, there are 3-month arrears ”, he indicated.
The worker argued that Vallese created charges left and right to occupy his followers, including the model Sol Sánchez. “The president modified Copaco’s technical structure and maintained unnecessary dependencies, such as protocol and linguistics, offices with managerial ranks. In protocol, he located Sol Sánchez, who now wants to be commissioned to EBY, and in linguistics, a woman who should have been retired (Blanca Coquejo) and persecutes colleagues who complain or claim, ”he indicated.

He also stated that since 2019 Copaco does not pay suppliers and that Vox’s balance sheet for the year 2022 is not even closed yet. “They hired Marito’s brother-in-law in a pandemic, they tried to give up our spectrum, they continue to insist on that and to top it all off now they want to make a loan with a trust guaranteeing our collection,” he also criticized.
Discontent is widespread among officials and there is only support for Vallese from a tiny group that wants to keep their posts, according to the official.
Finally, the complainant stated that The Copaco head waits for his balance sheet to be approved to resign from the position, since he has time until June 3 to do so and take advantage of a retirement benefit, estimated at approximately G. 400 million.

The complaint about Vallese’s mismanagement is further supported by the note presented by a group of Copaco unions to the National Directorate of Public Companiesin which they expose all the irregularities mentioned above.
