The second vice president of the Chamber of Deputies and legislator for Tarija, Edwin Rosas, will inquire about the accumulated debt that YPFB has with the operating companies for the delivery of gas natural for export to the Argentine market.
“You have to investigate why you have a debt with the oil companies that work in the country, It is clear that things are not done well in Yacimientos that should be used to shoulder the country and now it is rather carrying a debt to the country,” the legislator responded to a question asked by EL DEBER.
From Argentina it was revealed that YPFB owes approximately $150 million for the delivery of natural gas production to cover the domestic market and export to the neighboring country.
The debt accumulated from September of last year and as a result the state Enarsa would have proposed buying directly from the oil companies that operate in Bolivia.
Rosas said that in the next few days he will send a Written Report Request (PIE) to the presidency of the state oil company to respond.
In addition, he indicated that there is a need to know about the signed addendums of contractual contracts with Argentina and Brazil.
“They are so prejudiced against the country and we are also going to find out if Argentina owes them money for the purchase of Bolivian gas. Susceptibilities are being generated and We are going to raise the PIE that allows us to see what the reality is,” he said.
