Paraguayan Cubas insults the judge: “You are an idiot, stick this finger in, do you know where?”

This Saturday the hearing for the imposition of measures was held for the Paraguayan politician Cubas, charged with disturbance of public peace, resistance, threat of a punishable act, attempted coercion of constitutional bodies and attempted impediment of the elections.

The procedure was carried out electronically, that is, through the Internet, a fact that was questioned by Cubas, who considered that Judge Yoan Paul López did not dare to opt for the face-to-face method, for fear of the defendant.

You your honor, runt. And those shitty prosecutors, they’re all going to go to the wall. And they can take me to Tacumbú and they can have me killed too if they want. You are an idiot Yoan Paul Belmongo ma’embo. Stick this finger in, do you know where? In the ass, Mr. Judge of Paraguayan injustice and go to the re… mother who gave birth to you”, said Cubas.

The leader of the National Crusade, who came third in the general elections, very close to second, Efraín Alegre, was arrested yesterday at 4:30 p.m. in San Lorenzo.

Through their live broadcasts, via social networks, he threatened to kill the FOPE members and their families, in case they got in his way, during his trip to the Capital.

In fact, there is a complaint made by the wife of one of the non-commissioned officers against Cubas, precisely because of a death threat.

Cubas speaks of electoral fraud, but so far, he has not presented a single formal complaint or an argument that justifies questioning the results. At the polling stations, the Concertación had a majority of members, while the ANR had only one representative.
