Two homicides in less than three hours are recorded in the province of Colón

In less than three hours there were two homicides in the province of Colón during the early hours of this Monday.

In New Mexico there was a fight and one of the subjects took out a firearm and shot the other subject who was transferred to the Laurencio Jaén Ocaña de Sabanitas clinic, but arrived without vital signs.

The other murder was recorded on Calle 5 and Avenida Herrera, where a shooting left a man dead in front of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, in Colón.

With these two homicides, the statistic increases to nine murders so far this year. Six in the month of January and two in the first seven days of February.
