He emphasized that the ties of brotherhood, under the principles of mutual respect and complementarity, have been strengthened in the face of the resurgence of a new global geopolitics in which China assumes the vanguard.

On the other hand, the national President ratified his congratulations to Xi Jinping on his re-election as President of China.
Likewise, Maduro thanked his unwavering spirit of cooperation and solidarity towards “our beloved Homeland.”
He asserted that the 21st century is witnessing the emergence of the new global geopolitics, based on respect between States.
Venezuela gives its full support to China
Venezuela expressed its support for the constant attacks suffered by the People’s Republic of China by the West. “Venezuela will be in the front line to support the principle of one China, its desire for peace and the exercise of its sovereignty,” said the Dignitary.
In this context, Venezuela rejected the permanent provocations to try to manipulate the exclusive issues of the sovereignty of the People’s Republic of China”.
“Caracas and Beijing have a shared vision and a common action in all spaces of the United Nations system,” he stressed.
Maduro also repudiated the movements on the geopolitical board of imperialism and its European allies, which seek to create an armed conflict against China in its seas and its territory.
Similarly, the President rejected the provocations against Russia that seek to corner it and escalate the Ukrainian conflict towards Russian territory and at a nuclear level.
President Maduro warned about the pretensions to create blocks in the style of the cold war to impose blackmail and hegemonism in the countries of the south.
“The times of blackmail and hegemonism have passed, the times that come to our peoples are times of peace, sovereignty, progress and union; Those are the roads that have to be built,” he said.
For his part, the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Li Baorong, affirmed that relations between Venezuela and China are at their best moment and are an example for the world.
Recognition
During the activity, President Maduro awarded the Chinese ambassador, Li Baorong, the Francisco de Miranda Order in his first Generalissimo class, who concluded his diplomatic cycle in our country.
“Today we are recognizing a friend of Venezuela, who has always been present at all junctures with the word and support of Greater China for the Venezuelan people,” said Maduro.
Li Baorong presented his credentials to the Venezuelan President on November 21, 2017 and, since then, he has stood out for contributing to the strengthening of diplomatic, political, commercial and cultural relations between the Asian Giant and the Homeland of Bolívar.
The People’s Republic of China and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela established diplomatic ties more than 48 years ago and with the beginning of the Bolivarian Revolution, led by Commander Hugo Chávez, the ties of brotherhood and cooperation were further strengthened.
Today, under the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro, relations between the two nations follow an unstoppable path towards the definitive construction of a multipolar world.
Sino-Venezuelan friendly ties are based on the principles of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit with a view to the future.
To date, a significant number of projects have been executed in the areas of energy, industry, public works, housing, agriculture, science and technology, transportation, culture, commerce, security, and defense.
In this sense, it is important to remember Commander Chávez, who, in a press conference offered on December 6, 2011, made clear the path of work with the Asian giant, a goal that he projected until 2030.
“Relations with China are wonderful, I said and I repeat it, from all points of view, from here of the heart, of brotherhood, of mutual understanding, political relations from the highest level. We have consolidated a strategic political and economic alliance (…) Now comes a plan for China-Venezuela relations for the next 20 years, from 2011 to 2030, ”he reported on that occasion.
This strategic alliance was established by Presidents Chávez and Jiang Zemin in 2001, with the foundation of the Venezuela-China High Level Mixed Commission, as a mechanism for political dialogue and bilateral cooperation, that is, from oil and energy agreements to the aerospace plane.
For President Nicolás Maduro, relations with China have been transformed from simple cooperation to a high-level association for the country’s economic development.
“Let’s continue to demonstrate the works of our joint love, the love of our history and of our peoples, let’s continue to demonstrate that the brotherhood between China and Venezuela is indestructible,” he stressed during the commemoration of the 47th anniversary of China-Venezuela diplomatic relations.
Brotherhood and cooperation
China-Venezuela relations have raised their horizons, specifically in the area of health, after declaring the Coronavirus pandemic worldwide in 2020, with the implementation of a permanent airlift between the two nations.
With the appearance of this pandemic, China placed itself at the full service of the Venezuelan people to combat the effects of COVID-19, sending shipments of medicines, rapid tests, biosafety material and masks, in addition to the vaccines manufactured by the company. sinopharm.
This help is possible thanks to the agreements reached, and it is precisely this solidarity action that demonstrates to the world the strength of the ties of brotherhood between both peoples.
