Ecuador adjusts the number of deaths after landslides, there are 7 deaths and not 16

After having reported the death of at least 16 people, after the landslides registered this Sunday in Alausí, the Government of Ecuador adjusted the number of deaths to seven.

According to the latest report from the National Risk Management Service of Ecuador, after the landslide they counted some 23 people injured, 46 missing and at least 500 affected.

Additionally, they revealed that the Police and the Fire Department had rescued some 32 people and that 163 homes were affected.
