In recent years, the discontent felt by many isapre users who, year after year, go to court to file protection appeals to avoid unilateral increases in their health plans has become evident. According to the latest measurement of the “Chilenas y chilenos hoy” survey, carried out by Espacio Público and Ipsos, there is a significant increase in the feeling of lack of protection that people affiliated with isapres say they feel compared to 2021: in 2022 it reaches 60% , while the previous year it corresponded to 41%.
To analyze the current scenario faced by private health institutions and address possible solutions, Espacio Público will hold the seminar “Crisis in isapres and its repercussions on the health system”Thursday March 23 from 9:00 hrs.
