The second affected point was kilometer 138 at the height of Ticlio on the Central Highway due to the moderate snowfall that covered the track and put vehicular traffic at risk. Many drivers preferred not to take risks, so they stopped their vehicles and waited for the storm to stop. .

Finally, the third point where rocks fell onto the road was at kilometer 57, Huarochirí province, Tornamesa sector where cleaning work is also being carried out with heavy machinery.
