Through operational actions carried out by the National Police, through the National Anti-drug Directorate in association with the Public Ministry, five people were apprehended and two firearms were confiscated near the Arraiján-La Chorrera Highway.
These people, all male, were on board a small bronze-colored bus, the firearms were located in the air-conditioned part of said transport during this police action, a cell phone and cash of dubious origin were also confiscated .
The five apprehended reside in the San Miguelito district, and in the next few hours they will be brought before a guarantee judge in the Accusatory Penal System.
