“Following up on the inquiries into financial activities that proved the possible illicit enrichment of former public servants in that demarcation, with the collaboration of authorities from the Querétaro State Attorney General’s Office, it was possible to locate the woman in the town of Juriquilla.” , indicated the FGJ in a statement.
The detainee was transferred to Mexico City and presented before the judge who requested her at the Santa Martha Acatitla Social Reintegration Center.
“The person mentioned in this statement is presumed innocent and will be treated as such at all stages of the procedure, as long as his responsibility is not declared by means of a sentence issued by the court, in the terms indicated in the National Code of Criminal Procedures” , indicated the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office.
