However, according to the call approved by the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies, this CTE should have been installed a month ago, on January 6, but it has not been so.
On January 20, the registration period for applicants for an electoral council should have closed and on Monday, February 6, the examination of the first candidates should have been held, after the application of a first filter to review compliance with legal and constitutional requirements. .
