The sale was announced by the Port Authority, after the transfer of the administrative sectors to the temporary headquarters at Rua Dom Gerardo, 35, a property also belonging to the company, where the teams occupy the tenth floor.
Eduardo Correia Miguez stated that the expectation is to sell the building this year. “We are seeking, first, to identify interested parties, whether public or private, but internally, we have already started the procedures for the preparation of the public notice. The CEO of Docas do Rio, Francisco Antonio de Magalhães Laranjeira, evaluated that the financial result obtained for the first time in the history of the company is due to a combination of factors.
