The strategic communication consultant, Gustavo Manrique, analyzed the issue of the new normality, indicating that everything is definitely being rebuilt and reconsidered.

He specified that the impact this has on people is severe, because it implies that we have to begin to see things in a different way, rethink our training and create new spaces to train and develop new skills. “Without a doubt, relearning is going to be the new norm,” she said.
