Meteorology announced that during the early hours of today Thursday, a storm system developed over the west and center of the Western region, generating long-lasting rains and wind gusts of the order of 60 km/h. This system would continue during the morning of today, affecting the north of the same region.
Already in the afternoon, the rains would disperse to a large part of the national territory in the form of showers, punctual and of short duration, but they could be strong and be associated with electrical storms.
For tomorrow, Friday, the entry of a storm system that would affect both regions of the country is expected. In the south and west of the Eastern region, storms could start as early as dawn. In the course of the day, it would cover the center and east of the country. And then, between Friday night and Saturday, it would be concentrated over the northeast of both regions.
As for temperatures, today maximums of 29 to 33°C are expected in the east of the country and from 34 to 38°C in other points. Between tomorrow and Saturday, the maximum would be around 25 to 30°C throughout the country. But as of Sunday, with no rain and less cloudiness, the temperature would rise again.
