Minister Arreaza: In 2023 powers will be transferred to communes and community councils

The Minister of People’s Power for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza, indicated that by instructions of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this 2023 powers, means and assets will be transferred to communes and communal councils.

This was announced by the Minister of Communes in his account on the social network Twitter, @jaarreaza: “In 2023 we will advance in the instruction of President @NicolasMaduro to transfer powers, means and assets to communes and community councils with solid organization and capacity to planning”.

In this sense, he ratified that “People’s Power is government in the territory and generates concrete and real solutions.”
