Interested national professionals must submit their documents in original and copy, to be checked at the Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Health (Headquarters-Ancón), from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and interested foreign professionals at the General Directorate of Public Health.
The Minsa indicated that, given the low attendance of national doctors to the calls made by the Minsa, the concurrence of foreign doctors is necessary and thus be able to provide health services to the Panamanian population. Foreign doctors must comply with the provisions of article 4 of Law 69 of 2013 and article 7 of Law 80 of 2013.
