The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) forecasts stable weather in much of the country; however, stratiform cloudiness remains with scattered rains or drizzles in the northern coastal strip of the insular region, Yaracuy, Cojedes, Portuguesa and Delta Amacuro.
