As a consequence of Ordóñez’s conduct, the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV) disabled his driver’s license.
“From the ANSV we communicated with the mayor of Villa Allende, María Teresa Riu-Cazaux De Vélez, and we agreed to immediately disable the National Driver’s License of the person responsible for this madness,” the Agency’s executive director, Pablo Martinez Carignano.
