The Prosecutor's Office requests 15 years in prison for Martín Vizcarra for his own passive bribery

Through its Twitter account, the Public Ministry indicated that a 15-year prison sentence has been requested against the former president of Peru.

According to his account, the prosecutor’s accusation includes two events: the Lomas de Ilo project and the Moquegua Hospital Expansion and Improvement project, linked to Vizcarra’s management when he was regional governor.

In addition, the prosecution requested 9 years of disqualification from holding public office against the former president.
